This heirloom perennial from Italy is also wild rocket. Compared to salad arugula, Sylvetta is slower growing, about half the height forming into small bushes. The leaves are also more deeply lobed. Heavily sought after by chefs with it’s zesty pungent flavor.

Sow seeds direct or early indoors in 1/8″ fertile soil, keep moist and transplant outdoors after frost. This plant is a perennial plant grown in zones 6 – 10 but can also be grown as an annual in cooler climates, or bring indoors over winter. Sylvetta is very easy to grow, thriving in cold weather and is especially suited to growing in protected winter conditions. Seedlings will emerge in 5-7 days. Arugula is quick to grow, and should be producing edible leaves in 4-5 weeks.

Approximately 1/8 teaspoon of seeds (well over 200 seeds) per package.
Always heirloom and organic, never gmo!
