Beautiful pink plume is an edible and easy to grow rare heirloom celery with a medium strong flavor. Plant about 12 inches apart and earth up as the plants grow. Start early indoors, transplant outside in warm spring weather. For warmer locations start outdoors. Sow seeds on top of soil with a light sprinkle of soil to cover. Use fertile compost soil and keep in a sunny location!
