Add a unique flavor to your dishes with Lavender sugar!

Sugar scented with the delicate aroma of Lavender fragrance is ideal for sprinkling on cakes, desserts and flavoring teas and other beverages.

It’s easy:

Simply mix dried Lavender flowers with your choice of sugar and place in an air tight container. Use approximately 1/4 cup of dried Lavender to 4 cups sugar. Store for at least two weeks prior to use.  Sift the sugar to remove the dried Lavender – or leave as is.
