California Wonder Orange is delicious raw, stuffed & baked, stir-fried or grilled. Peppers start out green, then ripen to orange with sweeter flavor and higher vitamin content; use in either stage. Freezes well.
Start peppers indoors about 6 – 8 weeks prior to transplanting outdoors in Spring.
70 – 80 days till maturity.
